I have an 01' 21SE with the flat dash behind the helm. (does not have the storage box on top with the plexiglass sliding doors). All of my electronics are on mounts and I am hoping to find one of these storage "risers" so that I can put a piece of starboard on the front and flush mount the electronics. Is this something that I can buy directly from Parker or does anyone make something like this?

Pics of what my current setup looks like and what I want it to look like. 74D56E15-EF8B-4E74-B54D-E0E8EC596907.jpegA41A8BB5-E8AD-4297-B2AB-001AEF48CA25.jpeg

The 18 and 21 parkers share the same center console. The electronics box option, which fits right over the existing console, is rare and hard to find. It also uses a different railing and I believe the windscreen is different also.
I have yet to find an aftermarket one that would work.

Had this made for my 21SE Console, allowed me to mount (2) Simrad NSS EVO3, Furuno FCV-588, Autopilot, Switch Panel and Fell MOB. Fit over the existing Console, used the windshield mounting to attach. Enough room to expand to 12" units in the future. Radios are mounted in E-Box on T-Top.20210306_163744.jpg

Very nice. I am working out something similar for my 1800. How much does the face tilt back, both for viewing angle and steering wheel clearance? I’m loosing too much electronics space and now leaning towards tilting the wheel forward.

Here are some mock-up and mold pics:

I built my own out of starboard from home depot. First made template piece from scrap plywood, then completed with the starboard.

I have the electronics box option but in the process of replacing the clear door with starboard and flush-mounted electronics. The door was difficult to see through and the strut kept failing to stay open.

It might have been easier to replace the strut.

Been there done that. A piece of starboard is pretty cheap and it's only my labor. Strut aside, a chartplotter IMHO in the box sucks. Rather have flush-mounted electronics, easier to see when fishing or running. I'm very happy with it.
