that is in the outer limits so to speak for my abilities I can snell and tie a clinch with 80#, just can't the 5 to 6 twist like lower line #'s. try to make the loop that you pin the the side of the hook before making the snell loops as big as possible. Wrap and hold each wrap with fingers the best you can so they lay nice and neat next to each other to make that nice snell look, you just cant get many wraps but try at least 3 then try to make on e with 4 wraps, wet the line so it slides easier, and pull equally on each end. This should make sense if you have snelled before.
I use just 4 twist on 80 # for clinch( cant get double clinch though) and can get 4 twist for a snell, they all hold just fine.
 
I am not sure why you would be using #80 fluoro with a no. 10 hook, but it wouldn't give you much room for a knot. I have taken to using crimps on both mono and fluoro over 50 lbs.
