Foging of Window

I have fogging of my starboard front window on my 1998 Parker. I assume some moisture worked its way between the two glass panes that make up the insulated window. The area of the fog/discoloration is limited to the lower right portion of the wind. Has anybody else had this problem and if so, can anyone offer advise how to fix the problem short of removing and replacing?

It's the same as an old car or truck. You know the answer. Replace the glass.
