Fresh Water tank removal

I have a 2004 Parker 2520XL and my water tank located under the Port rear seat is leaking. Question: to remove it I'm told the top section of the seat needs to be taken off? How hard a job is this?

Can't help w/ the removal, but I just took a 15-gal tank out of my boat and won't be using it. Large rectangular one, you can have cheap if you want/need it ...

Thanks Dale. Mine is 10 gal and I may have fixed the problem with out removing tank. Will be testing it this week
