Function of this pump

Hi, I’m still trying to understand the plumbing on this 2520. Could someone tell me if this is the FW washdown system? And the FW reservoir underneath? What are all the hoses doing? Thanks!

Big hose is fill.
Front hose is pick up for the pump.
Rear hose is vent.
Hose coming off pump is wash down, faucet, etc.
