Getting ready to sell my 2320SC - What should I ask?

Reluctantly getting ready to sell my beloved 2320SC. I'm looking for some help to determine my asking price. Details below.

2006 Parker 2320SC - 23’ Hull, Bow Pulpit, High Bow Rail, Armstrong Engine Bracket, Swim Platform, Lenco Trim Tabs – New Actuators, Porta-potty, Jenson amplifier and speaker (plug in your phone or ipod), Raw water washdown, interior and exterior in excellent condition

2006 Yamaha 225 – Fully serviced, 1524 hours, Command Link, Powertech 4-blade stainless prop

Garmin electronics – GPSmap 740s, GHC 10 Autopilot, GMR 18 18HD Radar flip down mount, Airmar Transducer, new batteries

Autotether safety kill switch, ICOM IC-M412 radio

Load Rite Roller Trailer (8026 GVRW), Power Winch

Boat had been garage kept, no bottom paint, Chesapeake Bay area.


Have some local interest. Need to determine what she's worth?

I just bought a 2011 2320 with a 225hp with 740 hrs with trailer for 53,000. Second station included with only stock electronics on 8 Feb 2023. Trailer need 2K plus work/upgrades if that helps you at all.

Sorry I'm no help about the going rate but for sure you'd be on the top of the price range.
My post is for you to point out the window frames. I'm guessing they are in good shape, if that's the case it would be worth calling attention to them. It isn't rare to see different degrees of corrosion on all them, mostly the inboard side of the frames.
