Guys, I have a 200HP carbed Yamaha. At the end of last season, it stopped making full power which is about 5300rpm. It only makes 4600-4700 rpm WOT.No cylinders missing, plugs look good also.Engine is also using more fuel than before.Normally at 4000rpm (cruise), I would burn @ 11 gph, but now I am burning 14gph. At WOT, fuel flow is unchanged,just not making max rpm.As I said it was just before I pulled last year, so nothing has been done with it.I am thinking it is a carb problem, but am not sure.
Any recommendations? I am open to all advice :?:
