Ongoing bottom paint removal gelcoat restore has been a bit tedious and patch work has been kicking my ass. The gelcoat voids are time consuming and take a lot of work to get them flush and polished back. My boat is not wet slipped so have been going back and forth with the idea of topside paint on the bottom line awlcraft, Alexseal, perfection. Also discovered the hard bottom, trailerable epoxy paint that is supposed to be rock hard and slick. On top of that it’s semi gloss finish that can burnished to a gloss like finish. Anyone ever use this stuff? Seems people do like it
