Is this a Parker Part or 'off the shelf"

Hey, the black 'post' that holds my windscreen secure on my '97 2310 has finally broken, it is the vertical black pole in the picture, and I am not sure if it is like a Perko Part I can get anywhere or has to be ordered through Parker.
Also, would appreciate it if you can provide me with the correct name for it and where is the best place to obtain Parker parts

Taylor makes a similar product. They are called Boat Windshield Support Bars. Although not crazy about West Marine, they do sell them for about $20. You can buy them at many other marine stores much cheaper. Just make sure you have the correct size or you'll be drilling more holes.
