I've been checking out this site for a while now. Figured it was time to introduce my boat. She's a 1999 Parker 2530. She has a forest green hull that makes her stand out. Last year, I repowered her from a 2 stroke 250 to a 4 Stroke 250. This increased my fuel economy from approximately 1 mpg to about 1.7 mpg. She's almost maxed out with options other than a/c and shore power. To add these, I'd have to add more power. Whether hanging out in the bay to trolling off shore, she's the perfect boat for me.

welcome aboard!! that is a beautiful looking 2530 you have there. i love the green hull, but knowing the work that it takes to keep our white one up to snuff, i dont envy your buffing arm!!

what kind of numbers do you get with that 250 in terms of speed? i know we can cruise at about 32 and top out at 40-42 on a good day, but weve got your hull with twin 150 2 strokes. id be interested to see how you do with the single. also, if youve got interior pics, throw em up here!! always like to see how others rig their rides, especially with all the options youve got! again, welcome to a great site!! :D

Gotta Luv them 2530's!

I am running twin Yammerhammer 150's, 4-strokes.

According to NOAA forecasts . . . I might be able to get out on the water this weekend (nasty 20 - 35 MPH offshore winds for over a week now) with the wind down to 5 - 10.

Now if the warm/blue water would push in . . . it has been staying outside the 124 line (~125 miles) for the last *(%$#$&(! month and change!

I NEED my Tuna fix! LOL!

I am pretty sure I have seen your boat on the Manasquan River a few times, usually around the railroad bridge.
I have an 18 center console "Mysdee 3", I have probably waved to you a few times.

Nice Boat!!!!

First 2530 I have seen with a sing OB. Cool.

Nice out riggers too. Any pics of the install??

Very Nice Boat you have there i love the green hull as well, glad to see you joined a great site!!!

Here are some of the options I've installed over the years since I've owned her.

Back when I purchased her, All-In-One electronics weren't really available. And once I started making the investments on each individual unit, I just kept adding on rather than replacing them.

I tried to keep everything as neat as possible. As you all may know, routing wires through those small channels can be challenging.

A few more pics. After looking at some of them, I'm reallizing she's due for a real good cleaning.

Forgot to mention, she has a deep V hull with that single F250. With gear, 3 adults, and full of fuel (154 gallon tank), I cruise at about 25 mph. Wide open I can do 36 mph. I'm a lot slower than the boats with the twin 150s or higher. However, its less maintenance and when fishing in the ocean on most days, I take a beating going over 25 mph anyway.

Looking forward to seeing some of you near Point Pleasant!
