Lookout Boats--any info?

I'm looking at a very Parker-like used boat for sale, a 25' Lookout CC. It was built (2003) in Beaufort, N.C. and the builder apparently is no longer in business. I've been told variously that it's from a Southwester mold and from a Downeaster mold. It's got a modified-v bottom and very wide 10'beam, with attached full-length spray rails. Any info on quality of build and ride would be appreciated.

The Lookout is/was built from the old Downe'ster molds. Started up by Keith Willis in Marshallburg (above Beaufort NC). Sou'westener was the original Parker name and not associated with Downe'ster.

I like Privateer, C-Hawk, MayCraft and Parker, among others.
