Call the dealer or Parker direct and theyll tell you who they use. Always good about telling customers the vendors they work with.

its cracked and has stains of course it cant be fixed. In all reality if you put ice and drinks or something in there it would probably crack again. And being that its his new boat he probably wants everything to be working and in good order.

Those are pretty cheap from the dealer...like $30 ea or less. Plastic. not worth fixing IMO.
