Did you screw shelves into the hull or only the knee walls or support for hull?

shelves were screwed where the rod holders used to be. I believe they are called stringers but used same holes basically as rod holders. Works fantastic. Love them!!!!

Looks good , but starting to crowd it !. Dont put too much weight on door shelves ..door hinge not made to carry that weight..not being able to open cabin door fully to latch back because seat /storage box in way is a inconvienace...cup holder down low at stern , that will be busted off 1st fishing excursion..drill hole top gunwahl each side for cup holder..appreciate your energy though !..

Roger that. Shelving on inside of door will be for small light stuff such as rigs, hooks, sunglasses, and small light stuff. Agreed not much weight. Seats/storage boxes behind cabin are movable/removable and can be used as seats when ground fishing or wanting to secure cabin door as you mentioned. When under power, i secure door open with bungee cord strapped to railing with foam padding for door to contact on storage boxes. . Cupholders in stern are not even close to being in the way while fishing, They are mounted way underneath but pics are deceiving. One can stand in either corner and bottom fish and still have 6 in to spare for hitting cup holders. trying to make the boat as efficient as possible as will be using for many things. i can add or remove seats behind cabin and/fold down rear seat bracket totally out of the way. This boat will be primarily used for halibut ground fishing, salmon trolling, Clamming, glacier viewing, and hunting bear, moose, sheep, goats, and blacktails in Alaska. Trying to set it up to do everything. Even have gun racks mounted on ceiling in cabin. Towing up in 2024 so trying to get all set up prior to my trip. easier and cheaper to do here than up there.

That boat is very nice looking. I hope you have years of fun with it.

I have the 2320 also. The shelves look great! I’m going to fab some up! I added a rear rail from Railmakers with downrigger mounts. They give you something to lean against.

Also I noticed your helm seat! Is it the Springfield deluxe or is it a different manufacturer? How do you like it? I just purchased a Seaspension pedestal but have not yet decided on the seat to mount on it? Any suggestions from members welcomed!

Racks look pretty nice. wish i could see the other pics you posted

LOL actually i haven't even used it so i cant really tell you. Bought the boat in February and started working in it in April. Been over 3 months now. Took 1 1/2 months to totally rebuild the trailer with all stainless steel. And the rest of time making and installing all the extras and trying fix my motor. Finally fixed it yesterday to i am taking her out on my first fishing trip tomorrow. I will let you know!!! :)
