no spark need help

i have a mid 90s yam 40hp 3 cylinder. i get a big spark on the #1 i believe a lesser spark on #2 and nothing on 3. i swapped coils changed plugs checked fuel .this is something that happened when the sat up a couple of months.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Bad trigger or stator. Could be corrosion on the connects also. Take it apart and clean them all and apply dielectric grease.
(also double check grounds)

There is a process for testing them. I dont know it off the top of my head, but a Yamaha Service Manual for that model will test you how. Go to a Yamaha dealer and buy the manual for $40.
