I just got a big white envelope from NOAA and The Commonwealth
Stating if I surrender my permit to fish I can cash a $100.00 check
And Loss my fishing rights to 2013
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE CHITTING ME MAN!!!


Bought it for 10.00 buy it back for 100.00
that sounds like a balanced budget to me

Not to mention Decades of miss management of the fisheries

Besides charging a license fee that does NOT go to sustaining Stripers or anything else, and buying permits back at a grand total of $100, They can not be people who fish or actually care about the fishery coming up with these winners.
