Older 2510 vs New 2510

I had a 2001 2510 that I really liked, but one issue for me was that the top of the front windshield seemed to be right in my line of vision (6' tall). I wished that the windshield was a bit taller to offer more protection some times. Anyone been on both boats? It appears in pictures that the newer 2510s have a taller windshield. My old style boat had side windows that were straight at the top while they are rounded on the newer boats. thanks

same with a 2310 but when I'm on plane it isn't in the way.

You can also shorten the seat post. I have a 2005 2310 and at 6' tall the frame is not in the way, i look through the windsheild. I do have a permatrim and that does keep the bow lower as well.
