Outside helm rigging advice

I have a 2017 ,2320sl with a yamaha 225 .I will be installing an outside helm and a 9.9 yamaha kicker , my question is how can I rig control both motors from the inside helm as well as the outside helm ?is there some kind of switch that changes what station your running and what control would I need I have more controls but they seem huge? does yamaha make any that is what is on my motor now any information would be greatly appreciated

Yes....It's called Fly-By-Wire. But I can't see it working on a 9.9.
