Ok. No interest, so revised post with new pics and more info.
For sale 2003 Parker 1801 w/ Yamaha 115hp motor with 880 hours. $24,500 with trailer.
First, the boat is ready to launch, turn the key, and cruise away. Bottom painted last fall. Hull waxed and interior cleaned this weekend. This boat has been well maintained at boatyard, fall and spring commissioning every season, shrink-wrapped every winter, regularly maintained bottom paint. I have receipts.
Second, the boat has been babied. Typical trip is six mile run from Stage Harbor Chatham to Monomoy Point to fish for stripers in the rips. Most of the rpms are just over idle to hold the boat off the rips while casting off the stern. Or much shorter run to the beach for the day. I have posted the engine printout from when I bought the boat in Dec 2008, I think I am the second owner. Almost 80% of the hours were below 3000 rpm. Getting current printout in a day or two and will post. Should show roughy the same type of breakdown for 752 hours I put on the motor in the last 14 seasons.
Third, decent electronics. Purchased GPS/sounder, Raymarine Axiom 7 DV - 7" DV Combo w/CPT-100DVS Transducer, in July 2021. Navionics + East Region card. Working radio, new Shakespeare antenna. Two batteries, but I think the port battery needs replacement.
Fourth, I replaced the trailer this weekend, pics posted. 3,100 pound used capacity bunk trailer. Frame, tongue, hitch, and winch/strap are sound. Looks like no structural rust or rot. Towed it to the yard this weekend and it seemed to operate with no issues.
Fifth, there are not many decent used Parker 1801s at this price for sale on the East Coast. Chance has a beautiful 2005 with 200 hours, but he's asking $4,000 more for it, and you would have to get it to the northeast from North Carolina. There are only two on boats.com, mine and a 1998 hull with a 2018 motor in RI. There are three on boat trader.com, only one is below $30,000 and it's in Maryland. There is one on yachtworld.com.
Sixth, I am very happy with this boat and would keep it until it dies. Only selling because I just bought a 2020 2100 DV CC with 107 hours, rack stored in Maryland, that looks like it never touched the water and is still in the showroom.
I am available to answer any questions. Boat is at the yard where is in maintained and stored in Chatham and can be seen there.
