Parker 2110 window latches

Is there any direct better latches I can possibly buy for the window? I keep having an issue where windows keep opening. If anything I’d like to keep it perm locked.

I had one of mine brake and the wind took the window right out on me. I just replaced the glass and glued the new one in with some clear silicone.

Same thing happened to both my vent windows. Couldn't find replacement windows and did fixed plexiglass to keep the weather out
