Parker vs C-Hawk 28-29ft cuddy

Looking to buy my first boat. Looking for speed, reliability, comfort. 25+ knots cruising. I see the parker 28' cuddy going for around $220k. Haven't found any pricing on the C-Hawk yet. Anyone know?

I see a lot of people say they are pretty equal in a lot of ways. I do wonder, how does the seat in the parker with the shock absorber fare? Does anyone feel that greatly makes for a better ride in 4ft waves?

several differences:
deadrise Parker deep v c hawk flatens out
resale parker plus
both spawned off work boat hulls I've owned both, both served well edge Imo to parker
