PRE TAX RETURN IS THE BEST TIME TO MAKE LOW OFFERS!!!

Try to go in low with a solid offer and the next few weeks r prime to get a low offer acceptance.... b4 march 1st

Brokers and the like have to deal with a slow first quarter...!!!

IF you have to state the "SOFT MKT" excuse that you cant get it insured for replacement at that value due to market and cry........

Tell em you r gonna buy a boat but maybe u r gonna "WAINT C " due to poor economy maybe you will"lol" "WAIT"

My seller sat on the fence for 2 months then when the mkt got worse he called broker, when broker called me i said "ummm" " i found another deal unless".......

Then all the sudden my offer was accepted ......REMEMBER if its brokered the seller loses more than the broker ....

40 k sale 10% fee 4k

36k sale 10% fee 3600

Usually the broker if he is played correctly will make "IT" happen
