I got mine from my dealer 10 holders $450 I have a picture posted in the 2320 sec May 2011. The one I have is made by a local Happy Days Boats, Port Clinton Ohio
 
Did you ever see my $100 option? (Purchased wholesale from Dotline Marine)

I used surface-mounted rod holders spaced across the rear overhang of the cabin top. Works slick! Not as "high up" as OEM launchers either, so much easier for all of the crew to access the rods.

Here's a picture prior to the tuna tower install, followed by a close-up next to the outriggah mounts.
