Where do I mount my new launcher?Does it go on the outside of
the pilot or bolt the inside of the house.Its a 6 rod holder.

I mounted my 6 rod launcher on the outside of the pilothouse on my 2530. I had stainless backing plates made up for underneath.

I think you could mount them where the bolts end up on the inside but it may be harder to reach putting rods up.
 
Mine is outside.
In this photo you can see the port side bolts and fender washers.

Mine has the outer ends of the launcher on the outside just as Megabytes does but it also has a third support that comes off the middle and runs forward a few inches which mounts ontop of the pilot house and the holes go into the cabin, the bolts are hidden behind the light just inside the cabin door. The boat is a 2530 and the launcher is standard issue Parker.
