Just say.........SALT WATER TAX its a little more accurate, the road test is a bitch, and make sure u stop and loook both ways or the fishing police will gladly give u a ticket too...

What about vehicle, boat, trailer reg in NY - like double from last year + surcharges. You should be sure to practice catch and eat.
