You mean a leak around the wheel shaft? Or do you intend to rebuild the check valves too? If the former, I have a buddy that has about ~40 of the O-Rings for the shaft seal ... better than paying $12 each from Sea-Star.

Took one apart , seastar 1.7 it had 5 somewhat spring loaded pumps on a rotating drum , the pumps were stuck, couldn't see anywhere to get those apart. Soaked them for days. Just got anew one on Ebay. Someplace on the west coast I googled repairs them , cost , don't know. The valve body has all the small parts, springs, check balls.
