Shoreline tandem axle galv. roller trailer

This is my brother's trailer, so if there are any questions not answered in this description, you'll need to call him at the number below. All I know is that it's a Shoreline tandem axle galvanized roller trailer. It was being used as a storage trailer for an '89 Grady 23' Gulfstream. Has new lights and wiring, but needs a master cylinder and brake lines. Drums are on the front axle if I'm not mistaken. No title.
