top water specks

Not a banner year by any means, but we are finding enough specks here on the Pungo/Pamlico to keep us interested. My son Marc is pictured aboard "Delilah" (1990 Parker 25 CC) here with 3 decent ones he caught on top water with a zara spook jr about a week ago.
