Recently received two citation plaques from the VA Saltwater Fishing Tournament for red and black drum I caught and released last May. The first one was caught on a charter trip with Just Right charters. That's where I learned the how and where. Went out the next day in my Parker and mimiced what we did on the charter and caught a citation black drum. I'm old and have been fishing and boating for a long time, but it made me feel good to get something to hang on the wall. The torunament is a great program that works hard to support recreational fishing. Thanks to them for making this even more fun!
