Greetings All! I have a 2008 2320SL and have recently noticed a small amount of water coming in the cabin on the driver's side right under the gear lever box. It's causing the starboard side wall carpet to get a little wet after crossing our channel here in the Channel Islands area of Southern California.. We have addressed the unfortunately designed port windows which are a nuisance and have always leaked water- we installed new rubber window seals but still the water leaks through the channels- most likely will just seal these windows shut.. But this water is coming from somewhere else... This past weekend we loosened the bow rail bolts inside the cabin and resealed all the bow rail posts that attach to the deck with 5200 on the outside where the posts meet the deck, then tightened the bolts back down. The last place we have not messed with yet is the screws coming through the pilot house walls directly under the rub rail.. Seems like a pain in the ass job and want to see if our other interventions will fix the small leak.. Has anyone else had this experience with their Parker and/or had to remove the rub rail to seal those screws under the rub rail? We love our 2320SL but are finding that it is not such a great foul weather boat when the seas get really sloppy here on our channel crossing..
