Binnacle and wire harness from 23' boat for a 1990 225 yamaha, and the gauges that came with that motor? Also two seasons old shift and throttle cables?

eBay or local trade site is your best bet. FWIW I once bought a new OMC harness and control binnacle for $100 that was worth $400 new, and it was new

I'd probably put it out for $100-$150 as a reserve and see what it gets, as it will be worth $$ to someone who needs it.
