What's a good price for a new or late model 2100 SE

I have a 2006 2320 SC with a bracket and Yam 200HP (~300hrs), bow pulpit, 22gal Kodiak live well with thru hull pump, Garmin 740 thru w/hull transducer, no radar and no second helm. Its a really nice clean boat but t is really hard to fish with when I am alone. So, I am thinking about a center console, possibly a Parker 21 SE or a Parker 23 SE. I live in Massachusetts and was wondering what a good price would be for new and/or late model ( 2011, 12, 13) 21SE and 23 SE.

I would like the boat to have T-Top and a live well with 150 HP on the 12 or a 200 HP on the 23. and electronics comparable to a Garmin 740
