You probably have a Wynne brand as that's what Parker used in that year boat. I called them once about getting one and they said it could be custom made, for about $500.

There was a guy....FlyingConnie advertised a pair on here last year don't know if he ever sold them or not..

I still have them, they are used, and both tilt out. Ill take $300 for the pair.
