2520XL - I put the windows up in the pilot house and then when I put the windows back down the wipers are staying in the up position. Do I need to replace the entire arm or just the spring? Any advice and suggestions are welcomed...especially if there are part numbers that have worked for you to resolve this problem. Tight lines everyone.

This happens to my wipers all the time. Just bend them back down and apply pressure so the wiper blades come in contact with your wind shield. This will insure that your wiper blades work when turned on. Cheers, Kadman

I have these type wipers on my other boat. I found that removing the plastic cover at the top at the motor spindle and keeping them well lubricated makes a difference. The salt water gets in under that plastic cover and things get pretty blocked up with salt and corrosion with those covers in place.
