I have a 2011 1801SE, Yamaha F115 with 430hrs.

Boat is well maintained and in excellent condition. Garmin 740s Touch Screen GPS/Depth Finder, VHF Radio, Marine Stereo, T-Top, Live Well, Raw Water Wash down, 2 Batteries w/ Switch, Fresh Bottom Paint, All kinds of custom canvas, porta potty. 2011 Load Rite roll-on Trailer w/ very low miles.

I use the boat regularly and love it. I'm looking to upgrade to a 21 or 23 Parker and if the deal goes through I will be selling this. I've attached some pics. LMK if it's of interest.
