I don't have a Parker, but I have been in the Gulf on both a 25MV and a 21SC. Both ran just fine in our chop. The 21 has the 21 degree deadrise. I didn't feel that it was tippy at all. If you are looking at a 25, my $.02 is that you are looking at one difference. A single 250 vs twins on the DV.

BTW, the Keurig makes really good coffee. You will have to adjust how much water you put in. I like mine with barely the 6 ounce fill.

It isn't really a problem, just an annoyance. 9'6" is over the generally legal width limit. You will probably have to get an over wide permit for each state you go through.

I would get the electric over hydraulic brakes on both axels. You are going to be towing long distance - get the 10,000# trailer with torson suspension. I prefer bunks.

I am in Florida and have another brand of cabinhouse boat. With opening front and side windows, out of the sun, it is as pleasant as you would want.
