I had a similar issue when i upgraded to a bigger pump. Just install a relay by the pump with its own inline breaker connecting the pump and relay directly to the battery. run your dash switch wire to the switch side of the relay. That will fix the problem for you...
The motor is mounted in number 1.
Swells in the first 3 minutes were 4-7 at 10 seconds with 1 to 2 ft wind chop. After the 3:30 minute mark when i was on the bar swells were 4-8 and 2 to 3 ft wind chop. the difference is the current was ebbing at 2.5 kts in that narrow shallow channel so that...
I have a 2006 2320. The highest point on the boat are my rocket launchers. My radar bolts flush to the roof part that hangs over the window. That being said I get my boat under a 10ft garage door. I do have to unhook from my regular stinger and put a 8-10 inch drop stinger on to get that last...
2320 with 5 guys in 1-8ft seas
2-4 guys on one side no problem. When the 5th gets there it heels over pretty good but will not roll over.
Boat has a awesome drift that is very predictable at least for what we do on the west coast live bait longfin fishing
You can always get a deck mount tank like we use on the west coast. I have a 55 gallon tank and when its not being used for live bait i store my bumpers in it and I have a lid that goes over it so it also becomes a rigging station and a place to toss gear when you take it off, place for lunch...
I had the same problem except my rocket launchers were even and inch to high. bought a 10 or 12 inch drop stinger and now unhook switch stingers and back in with an inch of clearance. less hassle than rigging up a foldeing radar.
Yes i like the permatrim I think it turns the bow down faster coming over the top of a swell than the tabs for a smoother ride at faster speeds and better fuel economy. tabs are just used to balance the boat in those cases. When it becomes a washing machine then i start using the trim and tabs...
Scott with a 250 and a really heavy load where your total weight all in is around 8400 lbs I bet you see 1 - 1.4 heading into nasty chop or swell and 1.6-1.8 riding with the swell. The heaviest my 2320 with a 250 has been was about this weight which is about 1300lbs over the capacity plate...
Noticed on the Parker site the 2320 tank is only 137 gallons now instead of 150. Any speculation on what caused this change? I sure love the 150 gallon tank in mine.
