I would add in the HP of the engine.

I use the "keg" coolers, or the the big round things you put the keg in, all the time and just let the hose keep running.

I would check the terminal connections to the battery. Clean them up nice, and clamp them down tight. Are they held on by wingnuts? THose are never good for business.

Had this exact problem with one of my Lowrance HDS units. I was convinced it was my wiring - ended up being the unit. Sent it back and got a new one within 2 weeks.

For the canyons, who can run flat out @ > 30mph all the time? Not for nothing, I know theres a lot of boats out there that run well over 30 mph cruise to the canyons, given moderate and expected 2-3s and 2-4s dont turn into a quick 3-5.

I suppose it would be unfair anyways. I catch the biggest fish, hands down. Mikey and Bryan are porgie fishermen.

The 25 se can do offshore. I have taken the 23 as far as 90 miles out in the northeast canyons. You just have not care about your health/back pretty much.

I think it's telling that Parker offers 250 as the minimum offered now. There were times with my 23 when fully loaded that I clearly needed extra juice.
