Wondering if anyone knows the color of the powder coat stainless marine put on the 95 swim brackets. If there is a color number it would be helpful thanks

So it seems that stainless marine doesn't keep records of the color powder coat they used in 95' just seven years back. So i will be color matching to the gel coat and or the bracket . :(

Well that is lame on their part.
Just don't get Grady pink. :D

Lol that we be awesome. Maybe a midnight blue. Anyways the guy powder coating it is also putting a clear nonskid on it so it will be custom just hopes it comes out well . He charged me $382 and that's sandblasting/ cleaning the surface and powder coating the bracket and the backing plates

Looking really good, there!

I've got rail envy as well as chirp envy and fish hold envy. The rear deck rail and the infloor fish boxes are exactly what I wish the factory would offer.

Do you think you and your bro could fab me up a rail just like yours but that would accomodate the downriggers already mounted on the gunwales?

Keep up the good work and let's look forward to the salmon season!

Maybe john. I did see ur sea sniper on here but wasn't sure if u had sign in to the site. Haven't built the in deck fish box but that is a next year thing as I'm on a tight schedule to get the boat down there by July 1st. We hope all the new up grades will work well with what we do also having the new electric downriggers mounted on the railing is a great option with a lot of good reason to back it as it work well with the aquasport but as u know I used manuals for years can't wait to show her off as the salmon season nears as to the person of the family "little" Finn he about seven months and most of the time is jungled between him and the boat.

That sounds pretty decent. It cost's me $100 to have one blasted. That is using recycled grit and keeping the pressure down.

Why is that important?......It cleans the material, but does not put a deep crater on the alum. [Smoother finish]

Questions for the awl grip fans? What is the boat deck nonskid closest to in awl grip products fine, coarse, or extra coarse? Trying to finish the pilot house roof with a nonskid and want to match textures

No one will know the difference....Your talking about doing the whole top.....Right? I'd use the fine, but honestly have never used the "Awlgrip Nonskid" additive. I just grab a can of Rustolem brand from Lowes.

I used the restoleum and got the top done today looks really good to me

I had to remember that when installing these make sure it's like a in n out hamburger with five patties always put cheese between each patty for it to stick together which the cheese was the sealant in this case.
