This boat is loaded, low hours (~300), and ready to fish. Boat is in the water in Bourne, MA. I bought this boat new in 2007 and it has been professionally serviced since day one. It is being brokered by Cataumet Boats in Cataumet, MA. Please call Steve Hamel (508-563-7102) if interested...
My repair guy tells me the problem is with the DSM300. I've heard from others that the DSM300 has had some problems over the years. It is no longer sold by Raymarine. Anyone know of a replacement that is compatible with the C120 system?
No, no signs of physical damage. The marina checked it out when the boat was hauled last fall. In fact, they removed it to see if they could see any damage and they could not. They re-installed it this spring and boat splashed. It lives on a mooring. Same symptoms as last fall.
I have been having problems with my depth finder for a few months and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on troubleshooting the problem. I have a 2007 Parker 2510 with a Raymarine C120 display and the DSM300 Digital Sounder. The transducer is an Airmar… not sure of the model. Last fall...
I have the F150 Owner's Manual (LIT-18626-07-14), and the maintenance chart on page 56 calls for replacement / inspection every 200 hrs or one year, and replacement every 1000 hours or 5 years. The document on-line omits the "5 years", so now I am not sure what they recommend...
I have a pair of F150s from 2007, and will be entering my 8th year. I only have about 300hrs on the engines. Yamaha recommends a timing belt replacement after 1000 hrs or 5 yrs. Two questions: Is it possible to inspect the timing belt to see if it warrants replacement? If not, what is your...
I bought the canvas cover from Fisher Canvas in 2008. Great cover, but very heavy. I recently sold it and bought a vinyl cover from Fisher and Sons http://www.hffisherandsons.com/winter-boat-covers.php. The two companies are owned by brothers. Anyway, Frank traveled to MA to measure my boat...
I have a 2510 and also stand most of the time. I can sit and see ok, and I do sit when I am in calm waters getting out from the marina, but when I am heading anyware, I stand.
Thanks for the replies. That buss bar setup is very nice. However, for the short term, I'll go with the butt connector with heat shrink. They have those connections at West Marine, so I am good to go. Thanks again.
