If I could redo the fuel tank replacement on my older 2320, I would bite the bullet and move the whole tank forward.

Happens to me. I have top mount permatrim on my Suzuki DF250 and I seem to break the two bolts on the trailing edge of the cav plate. Not sure why.

I have an older 2320 with Suzuki 250 and 3-blade prop. I get 1.8-2.1 nmpg depending on conditions. But if I'm wound up to 5000 rpm I am moving 30 knots or better. Maybe you are pushing too much water and do have a motor height or trim issue to figure out.

I just cut a piece of starboard to fit the indentation and put it in there with 5200. So far so good.

Looks great!! I really want to do this on my 97 2320. I have a thru hull just below that is plumbed to this box that makes no sense...I guess it was intended to be some sort of fish well???? I plan to remove the thru hull and repair the hole. My only issue is that I always seem to get water...

I put a Suzuki DF 250 on my 1995 2320. I'm very happy with the choice. I was upgrading from a Yammie 200 SWS 2-stroke and it is a huge improvement. 2.5 nmpg vs. 1.7 or so. Lots more power, no smoke and much much quieter.

This year I repowered my 2320 with a Suzuki 250 and got the 6 year warranty. Now I'm getting notices addressed to creditors of Suzuki Motor Corp related to their bankruptcy filing. Anyone else get these and figure it out? Should I file to protect my warranty? I guess I should call the number...

I got some from my dealer. No problem...not too spensive. The old ones were cracked all to hell.

On my 1995 2320 I have the hatch in the same location. It has a rim drain with a 90 fitting and a small diameter hose that drains overboard on starboard side above the waterline. The drain plugs easily. No idea how to access the hull interior here to change plastic thru hull or hose if need...

Brent - have you talked to Eric about a Suzuki DF250? That is the engine I think would push our boats best - it swings the larger prop and should have a good deal more punch than the Honda. Having said that...later this year the Honda BF250 is supposed to be launched. I've only heard the hype...

Are you unhappy with performance of the F225 on your 2320? I am looking for a used 4-stroke for mine...to this point I've been holding out for a 250 but may consider 225. With the fuel cost forecast this year...it may finally be time to get away from the carbed 200 2-stroke that just won't die.

I live in SB also and have a 95 2320. This vintage parker has the fuel tank further aft than they do now. I have a 45 gallon Pacific Edge bait tank in the cockpit. I also have a honda kicker and a Yamaha 2-stroke main but a notched transom. When loaded up with fuel and bait and ice...for...

Those are pretty cheap from the dealer...like $30 ea or less. Plastic. not worth fixing IMO.

Anyone running this combo? I currently have a Yammie 200 SWS pushing my 2320. Would like to go 4-stroke. There is a GREAT Honda dealer nearby and I know I can get a fair price and top notch service. I'd like the extra punch of a 250 but no such animal yet from Honda. Feedback? Thanks.
