I have a Yamaha F250 TXRD that is currently mounted on the rear of my 2005 Parker 2320. The engine has a bit over 1500 hours and we just came back from fishing bluefin tuna for 3 days (40 engine hours) off San Diego. We live in northern California and found out fast that we need a bit more power to fish offshore with several hundred pounds of ice onboard. The engine runs great and has not missed a beat since we purchased it in 2015 with 640 hours. The skeg was broken off prior to us purchasing it and was tig welded back on. Recent maintenance within the last 50 hours was a timing belt, engine oil change, fuel filters, gearcase oil, water pump and housing kit and a few other minor items. The engine is still on the Parker and I plan to fish it until I sell it. The engine is also nmea 2000 compatible and is hooked up to my garmin chatrplotter. If you want to seatrail, we can go out for a day of fishing and you pay the fuel bill. Only serious buyers, don't waste your time or mine please. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. $8,900 OBO SALE INCLUDES CONTROLS, GAUGES AND WIRING HARNESS. A Merc REV 4 prop is currently on the engine. If you want the Merc Rev 4 prop add $400. 20180830_105023.jpg20180904_153431.jpg

Dang ..... 50 gallons of extra fuel on the deck!! Y'all like to run!

Can I ask you: What is the 8 hp kicker motor for: Trolling? or an emergency back up "get me home" motor in case something happens to the primary motor ( 250 yami) ?

Extra fuel, we did 3 nights off san clemente island and did not want to run up to catalina for fuel.

I live in Sonoma County, SF bay area.

The kicker is used to troll for Salmon at a very slow speed.

Bump, PRICE CHANGE $7500
MERC REV 4 17" prop included and all rigging, NMEA 2000 wiring as well.

Beware of the people who want to do a sea trial and bring a cooler of beer, sandwiches, and sunscreen.

Its not enough when running with 5 full sized adults, 500 lbs of ice, 80 cf steel helium tank, 12 big rod/reels and full 65 gallon bait tank. It will do it but, the engine is struggling and don't feel like ita good for it. Remember it is an okder 3.3 liter f250 not the newer 4.2 liter which has plenty of juice.
