My question is do i have have a Fwd bilge pump? i have a switch for it but i hear nothing when i turn it on nor do i see any access cover for it. thx

Well do you see a discharge thruhull? Is there a access port in the deck? Have you looked at the back of the switch to see if there is a wire hooked to it?
It may.... Ot May Not have one and they just use the same switch panel from other boat models that do have them.
