23se owners -- helm pad question

Guys,

I have an 07 23se with the leaning post and built in live well. Planning on purchasing a SeaShock helm pad, but want to get a measurement of the distance between the base of the console and the live well to make sure it will fit. The SeaShock measures 17-1/4 x 32-1/4.

My 2001 23SE measures 16 inches from the console to the base of the livewell and the console is 36 inches wide.
