Dave, I tested several 4-blades on my single engine 2520 during my 'prop testing summer'.

My conclusion was that while they did increase the mid-range bite, the typical 'stern lift' that they give other hulls didn't happen on my boat.
Your experience with twins might be different, but on the MVSC 14 degree hull with a single, the 4-blade didn't perform as well as a 3-blade prop.
 
I agree with Megabyte 100%. It performed great on my old Chris Craft cuddy WA buit not so good on my MV Parker. Mine is only a single OB on the transom so your might be different.

An advantage of the Rev 4 is its' solid hub insert. Much less likely to spin a hub.

Another advantage is the Rev 4's excellent "bite". If you don't raise your motor to take advantage, you're shortchanging yourself.
