Well I did it. No extra holes in the boat either. It was easier than I thought. Now the hard part of pulling the cable to the console :) . The angle finder was 10 bucks at lowes and the angle is 12* at this location (21SE). I used GE silicone #1 for the install and RV non-toxic anit freeze like the instructions said.

Hope this helps someone in the future.

Yes I am a newbie to posting pics. Before long I will have them in the correct order. Good thing I re-read the instructions or I would never get this stuff installed correctly :shock: :shock: :shock:

Pelagic 2530, I have the Yammie gauge for speed and I am adding the Lowrance LCX 27 with GPS. I think it will tell me speed??? the temp i think i will try one of those hand held laser readers and see how that works, or throw one of the dogs overboard :lol:

Seasonsfishing, remember it is a new boat so don’t be envious about my bilge just yet. :roll:
