Bait tank hoses

I’ve been doing some research and it seems everybody’s got a different opinion on what type of hose to use under the water line. As we all know parkers are known for having corrosion on the fuel tanks underneath from water getting in the foam around the tank. One of the most common causes out here in the West Coast is leaking or cracked Bait tank and bilge pump lines. What does everyone suggest using for a long lasting kink and crack free hose?

IF you don't have any tight radiuses......Use this.

NEVER....EVER use this Garabge they sell as bilge hose... It's plastic...It can crack in 2 yrs.... It should be Outlawed! The only thing I found it good for... Is a Dog toy.

I wonder if there is a product that could be sprayed onto the tank top and foam (through the pieholes) that would seal the foam around the edges and protect the tank?

I had to read that a couple of times Bodick... To get my head wrapped around what you were asking.

The answer is No. You will need to seal the bottom of the tank to the deck around where the hoses exit the tank..

Tons of people would just say...." Oh....I'll 5200 it." :{ Bad Move!

What comes to my mind is using what we use to call Dumb-Dumb..... Actually sold called Strip calk. You can form it...It seals well....sticks well, yet if you needed to take it apart it will come apart. Stick it together....Roll it in your hands to make a long snake....Lay it thick around the opening....Tank will smash into it and give a good seal.

What I was really asking is, is there a way to protect the GAS tank and foam from anything leaking from the BAIT tank. My last post was terribly worded and I can't edit it now. Similar to the way you cover replacement tanks and foam with glass to forever protect them.
Obviously you can't use glass, but maybe a spray product (picture a layer of linex) all the way from bulkhead to bulkhead, so any water from a failed bait tank hose runs out the back and never has a chance to saturated the foam. Why the don't do it at the factory, I'll never know.

I ended up getting exhaust hose. Takes a decent bend and is easy to clamp.
