It's not on top of a Parker, but it would install the same way.
Note: If your hunting Cobia......You want controls there too. A person inside a Pilothouse has no clue how much better you can see up there and the time delay of hollering directions will be a bust. The fish will get spooked and sound I guarantee it!
The setup I have is the easiest to setup & take down.
There 1 stud at the back legs that a washer and nut go on.
Folded down.
The large round plate is where the rear mounting stud is for the rear legs.
The shift/throttles were not added yet when the pix's were taken.
