Hello Parker folks,

I took Empty Pockets out for her first Tuna run a week after I towed the boat to it's new home . . . My Home!

We left Moss Landing at about 5:00 AM with 3 nice scoops of Anchovies. We were headed to an underwater sea mount called 'The Guide'.

We stopped short of The Guide as the water was the right color and temp.

We managed 12 nice Albacore for our efforts and learned a great deal about my Parker.

I am sooooOOOOOoooo pleased I purchased this boat.

Here is a shot of Empty Pocket's first Red Deck . . . we started to hose it off before I got the picture, buy you get the point.

This is what we came 65 - 70 miles from port for.

I hope to get back out this weekend or next . . . I have some work being done on the house . . . I might have to wait . . . (dangit).

I will post more photo's as I get 'em!

Oh, I got to get some of that on my boat, Nice Tuna! Have you tried the Butterfly Jigs out there? We averaged 3 hook-ups a drift, for a total of 26 caught that day. The jigs seem to catch more schoolies, we live baited a deep drop with a small bonita and caught a 32lb BF, on another day.
