Last night the Parker emblem from the center of my wheel fell off! The aluminum on the wheel has some light corrosion which I’ll clean.

Question is, which glue should I use to re-attach?

Try any of the two-part epoxy's that come in a double-tubed containers. I've had good luck with Loctite and other brands.

Rough up both surfaces slightly, then clean with acetone/alcohol.
If it sits in a slight recess, I would use 3m double sided foam tape. It does not mess around! It would be permanent also, no joke.
I would probably use it even if you could see the edge. The foam tape would allow the different materials to grow and shrink at their own rates.
This is the stuff car manufacturers use to adhere trim.
I love epoxy, just not for this, because it's more brittle.

3M car molding tape. It's double sided and can be found at any auto parts store.
