HAVE A 2510/LOOKING FOR ADVICE FOR PROP ON NEW HONDA BF250

Just repowered my 2008 2510 with a Honda 250 hp. Am looking for any advice on which prop to use. Tried a couple different ones and so far a 4 blade 17 pitch gets me at 2.1 mpg with one person and half tank fuel. I'm looking for fuel efficiency not speed. Had a Yamaha 250 original and so far, during trial runs with the new Honda, am getting about same mpg, maybe a little less. I do have the 15x15 Mercury Enertia 3 blade (leftover from the Yamaha) but not sure if can fit on this Honda.

Couple of questions...... Where does the anticavation plate run at.....When boat is on plane in smooth water? Engine height change Before a Prop change. Engine RPM @ Max throttle ?
